Meta. Boys and girls of the villages of Morichal, Montebello, Esperanza and Santa Teresa, in the municipality of La Macarena, department of Meta, dressed in joy after the distribution of 90 school uniforms which were donated by the men and women of the Colombian Air Force belonging to the air component of the Joint Task Force Omega.
Colonel Juan Carlos Rueda Cartagena, Commander of the air component and his team, made the distribution of donations through the teachers of these schools, who in turn expressed the joy and gratitude to the knights of the air, who, in addition, contribute to the security of this area. They work for the welfare of the most vulnerable civilian population in the southeast of the country.
The Military Forces with their land, sea and air components will continue working with their firm commitment to support the vulnerable communities in the most remote parts of the country, joining forces and building social fabric.
