Choc贸. Through its aircrafts and crews, the Colombian Air Force is linked to the "Vamos Colombia" initiative of the National Association of Industrialists, ANDI, which promotes the creation of concrete works that contribute to the development of the most vulnerable populations in the country. In this case, of the municipality of Nuqu铆, department of Choc贸.
More than 40 volunteers of private sector companies support this mission, in which important activities were carried out to contribute to the quality of life of the inhabitants of Nuqu铆, such as the installation of a rainwater treatment plant, distribution of 54,000 water purifying envelopes, the maintenance of a soccer field and sports elements, embellishment of facades, elements for the Surf League of this municipality, distribution of presents for children and cleaning kits for homes.
In the same way, the Air Combat Command No. 5, specialists in gynecology, pediatrics and nutrition, provided free of charge care.
In the hamlets of Arus铆, Termales and Partad贸, this intervention was made comprehensively to benefit one of the poorest municipalities in the country.
